– The barefoot trail is walked at the user’s own risk; the contractor bears no liability for any injuries.
– To tend to minor injury, we recommend that you carry an auto first aid kit or a tourist first aid kit.
– Beginner barefoot walkers should increase the load on the feet and subject their feet to the cold and the ruggedness gradually. They should apply this tactic to duration of the training (similar to exercise from mild to demanding) as well.
– Children under the age of 12 should walk the trail under the supervision of a responsible adult.
